To my surprise, I discovered a growth in my womb which the doctor advised to have it surgically removed immediately. I delayed doing so because I do not like being cut-open. The fear was with me and I decided to give it a “try- and- see” attitude by allowing my husband to treat me using UE which we both learned the same time, about 16 years ago.
My husband would transfer UE to me everyday for 5 minutes only in the morning before I go to work. Being new then, I was still rather skeptical, but the skepticism soon turned towards a more positive attitude when within a short period of 2 weeks , the growth in my womb reduced by 1.8 cm! Anyway from 4.8 cm cyst it was reduced to 1.8 cm after 14 days as verified by my doctor. Within 2 months, when I had my medical check up again, it was confirmed that it had disappeared completely.
It is from this point onwards that I have the GREATEST confidence in this very special art of UE which I would recommend to anyone for self – maintenance and also help others to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
From my own experience with other meditation methods, of which there are many, I found it rather complicated, as it involves many steps to help ourselves and others. I discovered this UE method with skepticism, thinking to myself, “How could we help people just by touching and that it does not require any medication, as we are not God!”
I find this art is so simple that I will embrace it with all my heart.
